The Third Conference of Shanghai Procedural Law (hereinafter referred to as the seminar) was hosted by Shanghai Procedural Law Society and Shanghai Higher People’s Court, and sponsored by East China University of Political Science and Law. 

The topic of the conference is“Procedure and Justice”. And the conference had got a positive respond and support from all fields of Shanghai procedure law. They came from Shanghai People’s Court at all levels, Procuratorate, Security Public Bureau, Judicial Department, Academy of Social Science, East China University of Political Science and Law, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai University of Political Science and Law etc. 

The article of “Research on the Improvement of Civil Procedure” written by Attorney Zhao Ningning was awarded the excellent article by the Conference. From the view of judicial practice,Attorney Zhao put forward suggestions and opinions on  improvement of the Chinese civil procedure.
